About Lynn, CPT

I’ve been active my entire life, playing every sport I could throughout elementary and high school, and starting weightlifting at 18. Movement has always been a source of joy for me, offering both challenge and reward.

But after having my daughter, my relationship with fitness changed in ways I couldn’t control. Physically, my body transformed, and emotionally, I struggled through postpartum depression and lingering depressive episodes. I found myself at my heaviest, unhealthiest, and feeling completely disconnected from the person I used to be.

It was in that phase of my life that I knew I wanted to play a part in making fitness and nutrition accessible and achievable for everyone. No matter what phase of life you’re in, you are deserving of health!
